The solution to cleaner water is crystal clear for the Water Treatment Chemicals (WTC) Division at GEO Specialty Chemicals (www.geosc.com). With the operation of 15 water treatment centers located throughout the southeastern United States, the GEO-WTC team decided to take on Texas, and of course, do it in a big way. Communication of these efforts includes a major advertising campaign running throughout Texas environmental trade commercial corridors, touting the construction of a new water treatment materials production plant near Deer Park, TX, to be completed at the end of 2014. The ad campaign features four of Texas’ best-known nature photographers identified through the support of the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department. New, affordable solutions to public water quality are coming to Texas in 2014 and because of the advertising and public relations, The Lone Star State is anxious for these new environmental products and practices to come on-stream.
